Eschenbach has launched a new ergonomically designed, portable video magnifier with full HD camera, providing a customisable reading and writing solution for those who are visually impaired.

The Smartlux Digital features a reflection-free display, large field of view and personalised setting options. The magnifier’s LEDs are individually adjustable and the customisable menu includes 14 colour and contrast options, adjustable lines and blinds. Eschenbach said the interface is easy to use, with four colour-coded tactile buttons, while its stand can be fully retracted for hand-held use, extended over reading material or partially extended for writing beneath the display.
