Widely recognised in the US, the Most Influential Women in Optical initiative is coming to Europe and Silmo Paris to highlight inspiring professional journeys and honour those who are making a lasting impact across the sector.

For the European edition, the nominees can include any woman in any area of the industry – from eyecare practitioners and executives to marketing experts, teachers, sales ambassadors and more. The awards cover five categories: business leaders, mentors, rising stars, founders and innovators.

Finalists will be presented at a luncheon event on 25 September at Silmo Paris 2026.
